Who you’ll work with

I’m Júlia. I love solving problems.

Industrial engineer, consultant and founder of Opero. My career brings together managing people and technology. I’ve led teams and volunteers at non-profit organisations, worked as a Product Manager at start-ups and founded Codiz. Along the way, I built up hands-on experience in no-code, data analysis and automation.

I set up Opero because I believe consultancy should deliver far more than a glossy report full of recommendations. I work from inside your business to understand the ins and outs of how it runs. The aim isn’t to chase the latest trend. It’s to solve the problem you actually have.
